These terms and conditions (“Terms”) describe how we at Grayn (Grayn AS, Universitetsalléen 1, 8026 Bodø, Norway, Company Organisation Number 921 724 713) process your data when you visit this website or interact with our Services.

We offer Customers a web application accessible currently at grayn.io where Users can enter and manage their own or third-party’s data with a focus on sustainability data analysis (“Services”).
Companies can use the Services upon conclusion of a service contract with us (“Agreement”), after which we refer to them as “Customers”. We offer several packages based on access to features and number of users.
These Terms form an integral part of the Agreement.
The Agreement allows named individuals to use the Services on behalf of a Customer (“User”).
We strive to make the Service available seamlessly. However, we are only responsible for availability of 95% during a calendar year. Planned outages, e.g., for planned maintenance, do not count towards this service availability.
Customers have different access rights to the Service depending on the type of package they have selected.
Customers can manage the user accounts of their Users from an administrator account.
Users are responsible for keeping their login information and password secure. They are also required to have their information updated and complete. Customers are responsible for the actions of their Users.
Login information may not be shared, and Users are not allowed to let unauthorized persons access the Service. Doing so, may result in a termination of the Agreement for cause. Also, if Customers or Users become aware of a misuse of the user account, they need to inform us without undue delay.
